- Event venue and logistics partners: The National Press Club and related service providers, for access control and event operations
- Technology service providers: Registration platform, email communication, and membership management systems used by ACSS (all subject to appropriate data processing agreements)
- Other attendees: Your name, title, and organization may appear in the attendee list distributed to conference participants
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not share your data for unrelated marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
6. International Data Transfers
ACSS operates internationally. If your data is transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA) or your country of residence, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms recognized under applicable law.
