Barb Kazimierczak is a global expert in export controls and trade sanctions, with additional specialization across related areas of international trade compliance. She brings over eight years of experience across defense, aerospace, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, industrial manufacturing, and consumer health, advising organizations through complex regulatory challenges, U.S. consent agreements, settlement agreements and sanctions enforcement matters.
Barb has worked directly with U.S. regulators including Commerce, State, and Treasury (OFAC) and has collaborated with authorities in the UK, France, and the Netherlands. Her background includes strategic remediation, export licensing, classification governance, and internal investigations in high‑risk jurisdictions.
She began her career in the U.S. Congress and holds a B.A. in International Relations and Political Science from Florida International University, along with a Law Certificate in International Affairs from Florida State University.
